Log Message:
- "arm32" (a.out) ports are being switched shortly to "arm" (ELF).  Merge
  all ARM ports into "arm", and eradicate "arm32", with the side effect of
  changing the toolchain columns for the old "arm32" ports.

- Add in some positive cross build reports.
