Hmm.  Seems that someone may have missed updating sites.html.  I guess my
make and commit caught it.  I am sure that the source files for sites.html
will have the real commit message.

This suggests to me that these html files are objects and not sources.
We should add them to .cvsignore and have CVS automatically generate
them when we commit the sources.
