Log Message:
- NetBSD 1.5.2 is released; add release announcement.
- Change some instances of "1.5.1" to "1.5.x"; others to "1.5.2"
  where appropriate.
- Use proper English for numerical wording (spell out zero through
  ten, and use Arabic numerals for 11 and above).
- Don't replicate the per-version change summary list in several
  places; use the release announcement, and refer to it.
- Link to the release's page and/or the mirrors list in some places
  instead of linking directly to the main FTP server.
- Link to mirrors list for list of officially released ISO images.
