 * Expand the bootstrapping section somewhat:
 * Add details on setting up netboot [1]
 * Add a receipe on how to crosscompile a sgimips kernel from i386

[1] Idea: About every ports' FAQ needs a netboot-section. It's nice
    that we have a netboot-HowTo, but that's not the place where you
    look in the first place. We could rearrange things a bit so that
    every port has it's own section of the netboot HowTo which is
    part of both the ports' FAQ and the general netboot-HowTo at the
    same time. Somehow.
