fill in info about supported/broken features of recent powerbooks/ibooks.

SystemDisk-tutorial:
link to DiskCopy 6.3.3 (which is needed to write the MacOS 8.1 Disk Tools image)

faq.html:
re-point out that serial ports suck
info about CPU upgrades
info about AirPort/AirMac
update info about pageup key on powerbooks (i.e. it's not a problem in -current)
point to TIL article on reseting power manager for powerbooks and ibooks
add info about BootROM 4.1.8 on PBFW and PBG4, and having to run -current
clean up references to pciide problems
