Placeholders for two new HOW-TOs that are referenced from the 1.5.1
release notes.

Hopefully I'll have them written before 1.5.1 is widely distributed.
They will cover how to use XFree86 and Xmacppc and on how to
partition drives from within MacOS (necessary for Open Firmware 3 models).
