The only real thing people want to know about staying current is
(it seems :-) how to get a copy of our CVS repository. Add some words
(ftp, rsync, sup).

XXX I'd appreciate if some sup/rsync knowledgeable person could have a
    look on this. Our example supfiles could need some update, too...
