Log Message:
Update gentab.awk due to some good changes to 'table' that happened.  It
now checks to see if there are no currently listed features that are
supported by all ports, and acts accordingly if there aren't.

This a) no longer leaves that section blank on index.html and b) regains
html compliancy.

Regen index.html
