Log Message:
Don't change the date on the updated ISDN4BSD entry, do the normal
"Update:" appendage to make it clearer what's new, etc.

Moving the entry to the top of 'Recent News' and having it get pushed
down like a new entry would is acceptable though (and probably better
than what we've been doing). ;)
