Rearrange entries a bit.

Do NOT put stuff like the "virtua PC" on the top. People will think "Oh,
NetBSD only runs under emulation" and stuff. Remember that this page is
to give a very first impression of what NetBSD is. And it sure isn't something
that needs another (host) OS!!!
