ok, arm32 and sparc64 are now examples of a finished port page header.
The beef of the page will get an extremely slight tweak for html
compliancy, but that's about it.

Comments now on either of those?  You'll get the color idea I had quite
quickly I imagine. :)

I'll wait to change the other ones in case somebody wants something
different.
