Uhm, ok, hold on...

So the "Old Installing NetBSD/pmax" document _was_ a copy of the "Old
Netbooting NetBSD/pmax" page with a pointer to the "Old Installing
NetBSD/pmax" document added to the top.

So, err... merge in the only difference between the wrongly placed
old netbooting page and the rightly placed one (there was a 'credits'
section that wasn't in the right one, but the right one had oodles of
stuff the wrongly placed one didn't)... and then copy the right
old installing document over the wrongly placed old netbooting page..
which is pointed to as the right old installing page at various places.

And lastly, remove the right old installing document... which is now
where it belongs.  Or something.
