Note on programming style:  when adapting or fixing code, it is good to stick
with the style of the surrounding document unless willing to convert it
entirely.

Specifically, the html generated by this script is valide XML, as well as
html (i.e. XHTML 1.0).  As such, when modifying this script, please do not
make it output code which is not valid XML, especially while leaving the
XHTML doctype tag.

While here, s/tclsh8.0/tclsh/, in keeping with the new generic tcl interpreter
location.
