Log Message:
We have a "Code Changes" RSS file for quite some time, but I never
announced it because I was waiting for slashdot to put it up. As they
don't get their stuff together, I'm putting this up on the web now
without them.

XXX we still need to tell the world about the new RSS file...
    (tomorrow, it's 6am now ;-)
