Log Message:
Fix any weblint errors, add year 2000 to copyright where applicable, changes
to look better for people using smaller browser windows (there shouldn't be
horizontal scrollbars unless someone's being goofy :), add "Up to" links to
subpages for those that don't have them yet, use a standard header size
for subpages, and various other tweaks.
