Log Message:
HTML clean up, use standard footers (all the documents under a Port home page
should have a "Up to NetBSD/xxx Port Page" link, plus flag footer), fix
weblint's warning, and give the main page a slight redesign (uses more of
the new-style Port homepage layout, and the table is better looking).
