Log Message:
Removed "This document has moved" pages from these directories.  I couldn't
find them linked to or in any search engines, and the new 404 page can
handle the job of pointing people towards the new location in case it's
necessary.  These two pages moved locations on September 18th, 1998 and
October 19th, 1998 respectively.
