we should be providing several sets of manual pages:

	* head of 1.4 branch

	* head of 1.5 branch

	* head of current.

for people using any one of those "supported" release streams, the
manual pages of the other aren't so useful.

I've not looked at the cgi in question, so this may already be taken
care of (but if it's freebsd's probably not since they have no need):
there needs to be a good way to select MD manual pages, which was
never possible (IIRC).
