add a note saying that, yes, a nubus-based mac with a G3 upgrade is
still a nubus-based mac, and rearrange that question a bit.

copy the list of unsupported powerbooks into the powerbook question,
and add some more generic info there.

add more information about how to find the screen device on machines
where it isn't "screen" or "/chaos/control".

update the ofw-serial-claim-failed answer so it doesn't sound like it
affects all machines...
