- sparc -> ELF, has a snapshot now
- Fix comments to reflect syntax changes
- Delete MNN and UVM. It's not possible for a new port not to support
  them, and all developers should be well aware by now that
  of MACHINE_NEW_NONCONTIG and UVM being supported on all machines.
  Leave BC (BUFCACHE) since that change is more recent.
