Log Message:
Change all "NetBSD-banner.gif" IMG SRC to "banner.gif" (the new one)
Add "width" and "height" attributes so that the web browsers have
some idea of what to expect when the transfer of the GIF completes
(i.e. it allows them to render faster by preallocating screen space).
