Remind reader that diskless-boot PROMs only boot ECOFF format files.
Add short discussio about elf2ecoff.  (elf2{aout,ecoff} really are hacks 
hat should be done away with.  But that requires a secondary bootloader,
elf-aware  libkvm/nlist, and new bootblocks.)
