Any progress on this?

If not, please could I import some extra bits from Linux 5.6rc3?

I can't add the lima support to MesaLib without the header in
sys/external/bsd/drm2/dist/include/uapi/drm, having the original lima
and panfrost DRM sources in the tree would make it easier to generate
diffs.
