With the following AllocDevicePair() change,

mouse on TME works a bit better, though sometimes "[mi] EQ overflowing."
error happens.

Maybe it's caused because the tick time slice of the emulator is
not so fast then too many mouse events are qeueud at once.
(i.e. I guess no Xsun server side issue.)
