Is there any reason to not ship with libGLESv2 in basesystem? It looks like supported in modular Xorg. https://github.com/NetBSD/pkgsrc/blob/056b758699d660adc7f5c946ef68607b57243632/graphics/MesaLib/features.mk#L17 This might apply to other Mesa libraries as well.
