Subject: XFree 4.1.0 does not build libXi.* on all ports

Due to a pkgsrc problem I noticed that we do not build /usr/X11R6/lib/libXi.*
for all ports. I.e. I have it on i386, but not on sparc64.

Grepping a bit around I found it is guarded by BuildXInputLib, which is
set in X11.tmpl to (BuildXInputExt && !BuildServersOnly).

AFAICT BuildXInputExt is always NO for NetBSD - so I actually don't get why
my i386 seems to have build this lib.

The real question is: should we always build it or never? Being inconsistent
between ports does not seem to make much sense to me.
