No, not really.

You can avoid this by defining any of the feature macros other than
_NETBSD_SOURCE, e.g.:

#define	_POSIX_C_SOURCE	200809L

Of course, then you don't get anything else for which you need
_NETBSD_SOURCE (which is on by default unless you define any of the
other feature macros).
