ekermit is a highly useful program for many systems with serial
consoles. It doesn't make sense to move it elsewhere.

bpm - can IMO be dropped.

Moving ATF infrastructure and RUMP into the test set: I have no strong
opinion on this. It doesn't cost enough space in my tmpfs chroots
compared to many other factors.
