I backported src/sys/dev/vnd.c 1.247-1.252 to netbsd-7. It was necessary
to add vndattach() prototype to get it building. The result with a
netbsd-6 userland is better, vnconfig -l does not loop forever on
unconfigued vnd, however, I get this:

vm008# vnconfig -l
vnd0: dev 512,2 inode 18446742425584622560
vnd1: dev 1922,512096 inode 18446742426539754080
vnd2: dev 1922,512096 inode 18446742426539754080
vnd3: dev 1922,512096 inode 18446742426539754080

Is it expected?
