/etc/rc.d/mountcritlocal creates lvm directory

Hi,

I've just been wondering: /etc/rc.d/mountcritlocal does the following:
        mkdir /var/run/lvm
        chown root:operator /var/run/lvm
        chmod 770 /var/run/lvm
Perhaps there are reasons to place it there (which ones), but shouldn't it at
least be done only in case of lvm enabled?

Regards, Julian
