Re: cp -n diff
I agree with most other opinion, the -n flag is just plain silly,
neither necessary, or even really useful, and shouldn't be added.
However, I also don't see any significant difference between this
proposed -n flag, and the -l flag that was added to cp a couple of
months ago.
Both cause cp not to copy, cp -l should be (if it is needed at all)
ln -R instead.
So, if -n is to be rejected from cp, which I think it should be, then
-l should be removed as well, it hasn't been there long enough yet for
it to be any kind of real backward compatability issue.
