Err.. sorry. There was copy'n'past from OpenGroup's manual.

I thought so.

Please note http://www.netbsd.org/foundation/press/theopengroup-grant.html and proper licensing there. The latter means that if we take TOG material (not sure in what quantities, but I'd be cautious there), a copyright notice needs to be added to the (rendered form of) the manual page.

I agree, but I'll consider resubmission isn't needed here.

As long as whoever commits the patch fixes this -> no.
