Excellent Idea. I would prefer tcsh as a default shell aswell. Almost
everyone I know uses tcsh and I think that one of the goals of NetBSD
was to be useable by default.
Considering that almost everyone using NetBSD is changing from csh to
another shells makes a change reasonable.
