/usr/include/stdbool.h has

#define bool  _Bool

but there is not a definition of "_Bool".  It seems that
{Free,Open}BSD has the definition.  Do we also need to have the
definition of _Bool?

This problem causes pkgsrc/lang/clisp to fail to compile.
