Tim, that still does not mean that newgrp(1) will not be re-surrected.
What it means is that the password feature of it will not be resurrected.
I think a utility to switch primary groups is probably needed anyway,
and according to POSIX newgrp should be there (I have not checked,
that's what other people said).

As far as reading PR's and trying to fix them, that is a great contribution :-)
