Yeah, I agree... if you're gonna name it nc/netcat, it should be
compatible with the original.

As far as including it in the base distribution, I'm mostly apathetic :)
Leaning towards no for /bin/nc, but yes for /usr/bin/nc. I think /bin
and /sbin have enough stuff already :)
