I'd like to see syslogd have an option to log the facility & priority level in
the message. An example would be FreeBSD's syslogd which does this. From its
man page:

     -v      Verbose logging.  If specified once, the numeric facility and
	     priority are logged with each locally-written message.  If speci-
	     fied more than once, the names of the facility and priority are
	     logged with each locally-written message.

I'll probably submit a PR shortly with some patches but others are free to
beat me to it.. :)
