bootpd is a much more mature implementation than dhcpd. As long as we
still seem to be shipping beta versions of dhcpd as part of our
releases (and dhcpd is continuing to undergo major active
development), and it costs us relatively little to keep bootpd, I
believe we should retain bootpd, for the added measure of stability.
