AFAIK the usermgmt suite is not in the 1.4 branch right now. Pulling it in
in the current state doesn't make sense, as people insisted to make build
on -current only. I'll leave it to someone else to pull it in and make it
compileable on 1.4 again. (Then again, isn't our policy to not introduce
new features in patch releases?)
