it seems that maintaining a set of diffs to the -man format manual
provided by them would be the right thing to go.  that would mean
minimal pain to integrate new releases, etc.  (probably wouldn't even
have to fiddle with the *2netbsd script...  just move the manual page
to the right place, import it, then let CVS do the merge for you, fix
conflicts if necessary, etc.)
