Hi again,

I've got another issue with build.sh/checkflist and MKINSTALLPIC=no. All
usr/lib/*_pic.a appear as extraneous files.

It seems that distrib/sets/sets.subr has no flag and is not mentioning
MKINSTALLPIC at all. Is is supposed to work at all?
