module tests and Xen

Hello,
I've been playing with doing anita runs in a Xen vmm instead of qemu
(the goal being to have regular report of tests on Xen too).
There are a few tests (modules/t_modctl, modules/t_modload) that
expect to be able to load a module, or that modload will do something
usefull. Xen kernels are not built with MODULAR; is there a way to
detect this and skip these tests in this case ?
It seems that modload fails with:
modload: Function not implemented
