ldscripts vs. installed /usr/share

hi folks.

today i noticed that amd64 has ldscripts in /usr/share/ldscripts but
no other platforms do, which makes its /usr/share different. that's
not our goal as a project.

i think that /usr/libdata/ldscripts is the right place on netbsd.

i would like to move the current ldscripts into here. then each
platform can have its own scripts installed as necessary. we don't
have any support for the all-emulations linker anymore in our tree
so this doesn't remove any current feature. objections?

(anyone have an idea where to move the kmodule script that is
currently in src/share/ldscripts? there's no src/libdata yet...)

.mrg.
