OK, please check if http://www.feyrer.de/Misc/c99/ makes any sense.
I'm esp. unsure about the -D_ANSI_SOURCE, is that valid for c99 too, or 
only for c89?

I've also taken the liberty to remove the license from the .sh file, as 
we've done for true(1) and false(1), to safe space.
