Hmmm. I think I've build a sparc64 release on i386 in the 1.6R time
frame.=20

LP32 <=3D> LP64 cross building is a general problem. I tried to build ppc
and sparc on alpha and sparc64 and got funky errors like memory leaks in
GCC. I am in the hope that this will get better with GCC 3.3. But this
may be an illusion.=20
