I found another dreamcast cross compile issue on i386 FreeBSD.

mklocale will also die in ldef.h when compiling lex.l  with _CACHED_RUNES=
 not=20
a function.  The fix is to include "runetype.h" in lex.l

With the two fixes I posted, the cross compile of the toolchain completed=

sucessfully.
