We should NOT be removing stuff from src/gnu/dist/toolchain.  The files in
"dist" are meant to be straight from the *dist*ributions of these packages.

If there's a file in src/gnu/dist that needs to be regenerated (and
conflicts), proper use of .NOPATH: will guarantee proper regeneration.
