That wasn't what I meant -- I don't think, given the performance
issues etc., that we really want to be using 3.1 in-tree. We should
just use external toolchains for superh, ns32k and x86-64 for now,
IMHO. Remember, for SuperH, the SH5 support isn't even fully in 3.1
(is it?)

Or do you think we really need a newer toolchain soon?
