It failed building the tools, with:

   It seems 'true' gets called instead of 'lex', but I'm not sure why.


"touch" the ldlex.c file and restart your build.  the problem is that
for some reason LEX=true, but we need a new ldlex.c ... touch will
work around the problem for now.
