I'll make this change later for all generic binaries.  I understand the
reasoning.

One thing I might do as well is add hardlinks in $TOOLDIR/foo--netbsd/bin,
like binutils and gcc do, for unprefixed names.  This would provide a
$PATH-able location for getting a cross compiler.
